Harvest in cauliflower means that the harvest time has come 70 or 90 days after planting the early varieties, and 100 or 120 days after the late varieties. However, harvesting crowns in cauliflower should be done without losing its market value. When the crowns grow and develop when the small tuberous flowers reach a diameter of 15 or 20 cm, it means the harvest time has come and is harvested.
