Strawberry
Strawberry has a very strong antioxidant feature thanks to the vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 it contains. In addition, strawberries containing calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, manganese, magnesium and many nutritional components are very beneficial for health.
Harvest Season
Harvest is done in March-April in August plantings in Mediterranean conditions. Generally, it is done as an annual, 2-3 years yield can be obtained in cold regions, planting shifts to June-July. The flowers that emerge immediately after planting are plucked.
