Red Cabbage

Red cabbage is a cruciferous cabbage variety with broad and thickly layered leaves, grown as an autumn vegetable, and leaves with dark red/burgundy leaves. It usually turns blue when cooked. To preserve the red color, vinegar or an acidic fruit should be put in it.

Harvest Season

Spring planting is done from February to the end of May. In autumn plantings, it is necessary to protect it from frosts throughout the winter. It is harvested from July to October according to your region and planting date.
