Angelic Plum

It is considered one of the largest varieties among plum varieties. It is round shaped, flattened from the bottom and top, the middle line is clear, the flower pit is pointed, the fruit shape is asymmetrical, purple crusted and mottled. Fruit flesh is yellow in color and durable, easily separated from the core. It can be stored in cold air facilities until February-March, and if the harvest is delayed, its flavor quality increases. Average fruit width, 50 mm. fruit length, 40 mm. It weighs about 75 grams.

Harvest Season

The best collection maturity; It is the time when the fruits get their full size and color on the tree, they become full sweet and the flesh is crispy. This progress of maturity on the mother tree is in question in the fruits to be collected for nearby markets. For distant markets, harvest should be done earlier. Harvest time in plums is determined by looking at the change in the color of the top and the ground, the firmness of the fruit flesh, the amount of dry matter dissolved in water, or the time from full bloom to harvest.
